How to see the Responses from custom volunteer questions? (Pro)

Admins can monitor and track volunteer responses on the event details page: found in the Shifts tab, including the special "Responses" tab, as well as in the event registration confirmation email.

 The event details page will feature a special tab labeled "Responses." Here, you can view statistics on responses for T-shirt size, gender, age, and language skills. Additionally, it will display the individual responses of each volunteer to all the questions they have answered when signing up for the event. You have options to export ECV and DPF.


Check out the new Responses tab on the event details page to stay updated on volunteer responses!

To access new responses, simply click on the Event details page where you can find the Responses Stats and Responses list.

The Responses Stats provide information on T-shirt size, gender, age, and language skills as a general overview. If you have included any of these questions in the event sign-up form, the statistics will display the responses for these categories.

When volunteers sign up for an event, their responses are listed for easy reference.

You can customize which questions are displayed in the table by using the "Display columns for" feature. Additionally, if you have included questions like T-shirt size, Gender, and Language Skills, you can use filters to easily view specific responses.

 

How to export volunteer responses to register for an event?

To export volunteer responses in CSV or PDF format, simply find the orange "Action" button located in the upper right corner. Click on this button and select the option to Export as either CSV or PDF.

Moreover, on the existing "Shifts" tab (or "volunteers" if the event does not have shifts), you can find the list of registered volunteers along with their responses to the questions.

The admin will also receive details of the volunteer's responses in the confirmation email for the event registration.
