How to see the Responses from custom volunteer questions? (Pro)

Admins can monitor and track volunteer responses on the event details page: found in the Shifts tab, including the special "Responses" tab, as well as in the event registration confirmation email.

The event details page will include a dedicated "Responses" tab, where you can view statistics on T-shirt sizes, gender, age, and language skills. It will also display individual responses from each volunteer to the questions they answered during event registration. Additionally, you will have the option to export both ECV and DPF data.


How to View Volunteer Responses in the Responses Tab:

  1. To access new responses, simply click on the Event details page where you can find the Responses Stats and Responses list.
  2. The Responses Stats provide information on T-shirt size, gender, age, and language skills as a general overview. If you have included any of these questions in the event sign-up form, the statistics will display the responses for these categories.

When volunteers sign up for an event, their responses are listed for easy reference.

You can customize which questions are displayed in the table by using the "Display columns for" feature. Additionally, if you have included questions like T-shirt size, Gender, and Language Skills, you can use filters to easily view specific responses.

 

How to export volunteer responses to register for an event?

To export volunteer responses as a CSV or PDF, click the orange 'Action' button in the upper right corner and choose your preferred export format.

Additionally, on the 'Shifts' tab (or 'Volunteers' if there are no shifts), you can view a list of registered volunteers along with their responses to the registration questions.
