How do volunteers complete waivers in the Kiosk?

Volunteers can use the Kiosk for self-checks. In instances where a user has signed up for an event that required waivers, they will have the opportunity to review and agree to these waivers during the self-check process. We provide the option to agree to the waiver if the volunteer's waiver is still pending.

How do volunteers complete waivers in the Kiosk?

  1. Type in your full name or email in the search bar of the check-in kiosk.
  2. Select your name when it comes up and then click the "next button".
  3. Select the event and shift you are volunteering for and click the “Check me in” button.
  4. The organization requires that volunteers agree to the waiver below before volunteering. Please open and read the entire waiver before agreeing.
  5. You need to mark “I agree to the terms of this waiver” and click the “Check me in” button.
  6. Congratulations: You're checked in to volunteer!
