      How to print volunteer list for an event?

      Need a hard copy of your volunteer roster for an event? You can easily do that with our new printable Shift Coordinator Sheet.

      How to print Shift Coordinator Sheet (see video below):

      Step 1. Go to the "Volunteers" tab on the "Event Details" page and click on the orange "Actions" button.

      Step 2. In the dropdown menu, select "Print Shift Coordinator Worksheet". This will take you to a pdf version that you can print out.

      How to print Shift Coordinator Sheet:

       

      *Note: The Shift Coordinator Sheet will contain only volunteers with a spot taken. Users with the Canceled (No spot taken) status will not be displayed in the Sheet.
