How to make virtual events?

Creating virtual events allows you to engage with volunteers remotely and expand participation. This guide will walk you through the steps to set up and manage a virtual event.

How to make virtual events (see video below):

1. In the event details page, go to the "When & Where" section.
2. Under "Where," select "Virtual."
3. Add the link to the "Virtual Event URL" field and provide additional instructions on how to participate virtually or from home in the Instructions box.
