How to change admin notifications or emails?

Learn how to adjust your admin notification settings and email preferences to stay on top of volunteer activity and alerts.

Note: All admins can customize their own email notifications directly from their dashboard. 

 

How to change admin notifications or emails? (see video below):

  1. Go to your admin dashboard and click on the "Settings" tab.
  2. Select "Email Notifications" to choose which admin notifications you want to receive from POINT.
  3. Toggle the notification to "On" to receive it, or "Off" if you no longer need it
