# How to approve or decline an application? (Pro)

## Approving or declining applications is a key step in managing your volunteer program. Whether you're reviewing applications individually or in bulk, here's how you can quickly approve or decline applications for volunteers.

### How to approve or decline in bulk (see video below):

1. Under the **Applications Pending Review** tab in the Application Details, you’ll find all the volunteers awaiting your review.
2. For bulk approvals, check the box next to "Application Date." This will select all the contacts listed.
3. Then, click on "Actions," where you can choose either "Approve Selected" or "Decline Selected."

### How to Approve or Decline Using the "Review All" Button (see video below):

1. Under the **Applications Pending Review** tab in the Application Details, you’ll find all the volunteers awaiting your review.
2. Click on the "Review All" button to the left of "Actions."
3. This will display each individual application, where you can choose to skip, decline, or approve each one.
4. As you approve or decline applications, it will automatically take you through each application waiting for approval.
