How to create, edit, and delete a Check-In Station? (Pro)

Creating a Check-In station is quick and takes no time! If you need to make changes, you can also easily make edits and if you no longer need a station, you can simply delete it.

How to create a Check-In Station (see video below):

  1. Select "Check-In Stations" located under "Event Templates" in the "Volunteer' tab. 
  2. Click on the orange "+Add Station" button at the top right-hand corner.
  3. The "Add Check-In Station" box will pop up where you will need to add the station name, select a background color, and station type. Don't forget to add an admin just in case your volunteers have any problems getting checked in. 
  4. Once you are done filling out all the information needed, a box saying "Your Station is set up". Click on the "Launch Kiosk" button to get started!

  1. On the Check-in Stations page, find the station you want to edit, click on the "Actions" button located next to the "status" of your station.
  2. Select "Edit" in the dropdown menu located under "View". This will take you to the "Edit Check-In Stations" box where you can make your changes.
  3. Don't forget to save your changes!

  1. Find the Check-in Station you want to delete, and then click on "Actions" located next to the status of the station.
  2. Select "Remove" at the button of the dropdown.
  3. The "Delete Station Confirmation Box" will appear and click on "Remove" to delete the station.
