How do I manually complete an application for a volunteer? (Pro)

Admins may need to complete an application on behalf of a volunteer in certain situations. Whether it's assisting with a volunteer's submission or handling a special case, here's how an admin can manually complete an application.

How to manually complete an application for a volunteer (see video below):

  1. Under "People" click on "Applications" in your admin dashboard.
  2. Under "Actions" select "Complete Application Manually".
  3. Search for the contact's name or email to add, then click "Next."
  4. Next, complete the questions asked. If there's a waiver requirement, you can either upload a completed copy from the volunteer or mark it as completed offline. For any custom content, you can also mark it as complete.
  5. The last screen will prompt you to decide whether you'd like to approve the application now. You can choose to approve it immediately or review it later.
