How do you View Self-Submitted Volunteer Hours?

Volunteers can view their self-submitted hours by opening the app or web platform and navigating to their profile. On the app, click the tile with the clock and total hours to be taken to a page with all of your submitted hours, including self-submitted. On the web platform, scroll down to see activity and self-submitted hours will be listed there. 


Admins can also view self-submitted hours to approve them on any plan. 

With the Core/Legacy plans, go to “Notifications”. If volunteers have self-submitted hours for you to approve, you will see a message and a button that says “Pending Hours”. You will also see if there are hours you need to approve from the main page of your dashboard.

If you have POINT Pro or Network plans, you can also see hours by going to the “Volunteers” tab and clicking “Hours” where you can see all volunteer activity and self-submitted hours.
