How do you troubleshoot volunteer problems?
In the event that your POINT mobile app or the web platform isn’t working, there are a few ways to troubleshoot. For the mobile app, make sure you have the most up to date version of the app. If the app isn’t functioning correctly, close the app and reopen it. If a volunteer doesn’t have the app or the mobile app isn’t working, they can always log in here to sign up for an event.
