How do you send emails to volunteers on POINT?

If you need to contact all the volunteers who signed up for an event or reach out to your contacts, you can use POINT to send emails.

There are two ways you can send emails: through Contacts or the event roster.

 

How to send emails through Contacts (see video below):

Step 1. To access your contacts, go to the "People" tab and choose "Contacts".

Step 2. On the top right, click on the orange "Actions" button and then select "Email Volunteers" in the dropdown.

Step 3. The "Send Message" box will appear, where you can email your volunteers. You can even BCC yourself on the email and attach a document if you have the Pro subscription

Step 1. Select the event you need by going to "manage events" under the volunteer tab.

Step 2. When viewing the "Event Details", click on the "Volunteers" tab in between "Details" and "Stats"

Step 3. Click on the orange "Actions" button located next to the search bar and select "Email Volunteers" in the dropdown.

Step 4. The "Send Message" box will appear, where you can email your volunteers. You can even BCC yourself on the email and attach a document if you have the Pro subscription
