How do you run a report or export?

You can easily run exports and reports on your admin dashboard. For more customizable reports check out our paid Pro plan!

There are a few ways to run exports and reports: through Contacts, Hours, Stats, and with our paid Pro plan, Reports.

How to run an export through contacts (see video below):

  1. Under the "People" tab, select "Contacts."
  2. Select or filter the contacts you need, then go to "Actions" and click "Export CSV."
  3. The "Export Contact Data" box will appear, allowing you to filter by dates and select the fields you need.
  4. Click the orange "Export CSV" button to download the file.

  1. Under "Tracking," select the "Hours" tab.
  2. Use the available filters or the search bar to find hours for specific contacts.
  3. Click the "Export CSV" button to download your export.

  1. Under "Tracking," select "Stats."
  2. You can toggle by date range, and with the Pro plan, you can also filter by groups and programs.
  3. In the top right-hand corner, click on "Export."

How to run customizable reports using Reports (Pro) (see video below):

  1. Under "Stats," select "Reports."
  2. You can choose from the following options: Event List with Volunteers, Hours Report, Volunteer Leaderboard, Volunteer Details, and Youth Volunteering by Event. Click on "View" to filter by different fields and adjust the date range.
  3. Click on "Generate Report" to download your export.
