Here are two ways to export contacts: one from the program details page and another from the main contact list after applying filters.
How to export program contacts from the program details page (see video below):
1. Go to the left menu and click “Organization” then “Programs”.
2. Find the program you want to add an admin to, and click it to be taken to the details page.
3. On the Program Details page, go to the “Contacts” tab.
4. To select contacts, check the boxes next to each one or use the “Select all records” option to choose all at once.
4. Then, locate the orange “Action” button in the top right corner, click on it, and choose the “Export CSV” option from the dropdown menu.
5. Check your selections in the Export Contact Data window, then click the "Export CSV" button to start the download.
How to export program contacts from the program details page:
Note: The report provides key details like the contact's name, email address, program hours, total hours, number of events attended, age, city, and gender.
How to Export Contacts from a Specific Program or Multiple Programs Using the General Contact List:
1. Go to the "Volunteers" section in the left menu and select "Contacts" to access the main contacts page.
2. Apply the "Belongs to Programs" filter to select one or more programs. This will display only the contacts linked to the chosen programs.
3. To select contacts, check the boxes next to each one, or click "Select all records" to choose them all at once.
4. Go to the top right corner and click the orange "Actions" button.
5. Simply select "Export CSV" from the dropdown. The "Export Contact Data" box will appear, allowing you to choose the fields and date range you need. Then, click the orange "Export CSV" button to finish.
This method lets you download a full list with all the details about the contacts in the program.
