How do you delete an event co-host?

Need to delete a co-host? See how you can do so below!

Step 1: Use the left side menu and click “Volunteer” then “Manage Events” and find the event you are looking for. Click on the name of the event to open the Event Details page. 

Step 2: Click the “Actions” button in the top right, then “Edit this event”. 

Step 3: Under the space for “Hosts”, find the co-host you want to delete. There will be a button with an “X” in the same line as the co-host’s name. Click this and confirm you want to delete this co-host. 

Step 4: Save the edits to your event by scrolling down and clicking “Update Event”. 

Step 5: When your event is updated, your removed co-host will get an email saying "You’ve been removed as a co-host for an event on POINT" and they will disappear from the list of co-hosts for the event and will no longer have access to edit the event or see volunteer registrations/checkins.
