How do you change privacy access for opportunities?
Need to change the privacy access of an opportunity after you've posted? Here's how!
How do you change privacy access (see video below):
- Go to Opportunities, navigate to Manage Events, and the find the opportunity you need to edit. Click on the "Pencil" button to make edits to the opportunity. You can also click on the event itself, go to "Actions," and select "Edit" to make changes.
- Under "Basic Info" go to "Privacy Access". You can select from "Public", "Public", Unlisted (Secret Link", or "Private" which can be "Private for all volunteers with Private Access" or "Private for Specific groups with Private Access".
- Make sure to hit "Update" under the "Volunteer Requirements" tab to save your changes.
