How do you Add, Edit, or Copy and Find opportunity drafts?

Managing opportunities is essential for keeping events organized. This guide will show you how to add, edit, copy, and find opportunity drafts efficiently.

How to add an opportunity draft (see video below):

  1. Go to Opportunities, navigate to Manage Events, click the "Create Event" button, and select "Blank Event."
  2. Complete all 4 sections: Basic Info, Where & When, Registration Process (only with Pro), and Volunteer Requirements. As a draft, you can come back later and add additional information as needed.
  3. At the bottom of the Volunteer Requirements section, click "Save as Draft".

  1. Go to Opportunities, then Manage Events, and click on the tab that says "Drafts."
  2. You can either click on the draft and then under "Actions" click "Edit," or click the "Pencil" button on the draft to make edits.
  3. Add the updates you need, then click "Save Draft" at the bottom of the page.

  1. Go to Opportunities, then Manage Events, and click on the tab that says "Drafts."
  2. You can either click on the draft and then under "Actions" click "Duplicate".
