How do you add documents to volunteer profiles? (Pro)
With our Pro plan, you can quickly add documents to a volunteer's contact record in the Notes section, keeping everything organized and easy to access.
How to add documents to volunteer profiles (see video below):
- From your admin dashboard, go to the menu, select "People," and then click on "Contacts."
- Search for or select the contact record you want to add documents to.
- Go to the "Notes & Documents" section within the volunteer's contact record. From here, you can add a new note and attach any relevant files using the option at the bottom of the page.
- Don't forget to click "save" at the bottom of the page.
