How do you add documents to volunteer profiles? (Pro)

With our Pro plan, you can quickly add documents to a volunteer's contact record in the Notes section, keeping everything organized and easy to access.

How to add documents to volunteer profiles (see video below):

  1. From your admin dashboard, go to the menu, select "People," and then click on "Contacts."
  2. Search for or select the contact record you want to add documents to.
  3. Go to the "Notes & Documents" section within the volunteer's contact record. From here, you can add a new note and attach any relevant files using the option at the bottom of the page.
  4. Don't forget to click "save" at the bottom of the page.
