How do I share my applications with volunteers? (Pro)

Sharing applications with volunteers helps streamline the sign-up process. Here’s how you can easily share them with your team.

There are several ways to share your application on POINT: through email, URL, QR code, or social media.

How to share the application through email (see video below):

  1. In the Application Details, go to "Actions" and select "Send to Volunteers."
  2. The "Send General Application" box will appear. From here, you can select the contacts you want to send it to. You can also customize the message, including the application link. If you want to make the application required, simply check the box at the bottom.
  3. Click the "Send" button at the bottom to send the application to your volunteers.

  1. In the Application Details, go to "Actions" and select "Share".
  2. Your application URL will be displayed at the top, ready for you to copy and share wherever needed.

  2. Your QR code will be displayed in the box, ready for your volunteers to scan.
