How do I downgrade my subscription and what's POINT's refund policy?

In the event that you wish to downgrade from Pro to Core, please reach out to your account manager and follow the steps below.


How to downgrade your account from Pro to Core (see video below):

Note: For Network account please reach out to your account manager. 

  1. Go to the "Subscription" section in your admin dashboard.
  2. Locate the "downgrade" button under the Core plan. Once you click the button, a box will appear asking you "Are you sure you want to downgrade from POINT Pro to POINT Core?". Click on the "downgrade" button at the bottom of the box and you are all set.

Refund policy

We don’t offer refunds for:

  • Annual plans canceled after 14 days following the first payment
  • Monthly plans
  • Renewal Plans canceled 15 days after an annual subscription renews. We'll send you a renewal reminder email via Stripe. If you don’t want your site to renew automatically, please downgrade.
