How do I cancel my volunteer shift?

We get it, life happens sometimes you need to cancel a shift.

From the web: 

Step 1: Log in to your volunteer dashboard. 

Step 2: On the volunteer Home page, scroll down to the bottom where it says “My Registrations" from the left-hand menu, and click on it.
Step 3: Select the event you need to cancel a shift for.

Step 4: Click the button that says "Cancel" located on the top right-hand corner of the event details screen. 

Step 5:  To cancel your shift, please select which shifts you would like to cancel. Click “Next” and then “Confirm”.

In the app:

Step 1: On the "Events" screen, tap the tab that says "Your Upcoming Events" OR
go to your profile and scroll down to “Upcoming Opportunities” at the bottom of the page. 

Step 2: Select the event you wish to cancel your volunteer shift and then click on the button “You're Going” at the top.

Step 3: In the "You're Going" popup click on the button "Cancel Registration", please select which shifts you would like to cancel. Click “Next” and then “Confirm”.
