How to allow volunteers to bring guests, friends or groups? (Pro)

In the Pro version, you can let volunteers bring guests or groups to your event. Here’s how to enable this feature.

You can allow volunteers to register for an event along with their guests, who can be categorized as adults or children/minors. This makes the guest registration process easier and ensures compliance with event requirements like waivers and background checks. For example, a volunteer might want to bring a friend who doesn’t have a registered POINT account, or a parent might want to sign up their child for the event along with themselves

How to add guest registration for an event( see imagine below): 

  1. To get started, start by creating your event and then go to the "Registration Process" where you can select "Guest Registration" at the bottom.
  2. If you want to allow volunteers to bring adult guests (18+) to the event,  turn on the following option: "Allow volunteers to bring adult guests". Then, set your limit for : "Maximum number of additional adult guests per registration".
You'll need to include:
  • Maximum number of minor guests per adult registration
