What are check-in statistics?
POINT automatically tracks statistics related to your event. For every event you can see stats, and some of these stats are also aggregated and compiled in your organization’s overall stats.
Total Hours: Quantity of hours volunteered from this event (only counts the hours for volunteers that were marked as “Checked-In”).
Spots Taken: Spots claimed by volunteers who have signed up, plus any reserved spots.
Total Spots: Number of total volunteer spots available for this event.
Spots Confirmed After Reservation: Number of reserved spots that have had volunteers sign up and confirm.
Total Spots Reserved: Total number of reserved volunteer spots for this event.
