An integration is a connection between two applications that lets those platforms exchange data. Integrations can be 1-way (meaning one application sends data to another platform) or 2-way (meaning two applications send data back and forth).
For example, the Kindful + POINT 2-way integration allows you to seamlessly export and import your supporter contacts (both donors and volunteers) on both platforms. Contacts are linked to prevent any duplication.
The POINT website integration sends your POINT events to your website without you having to manually update your website every time you post an event.
