There might be a few reasons you're receiving a blank page or a continuously loading screen in POINT. Here's some ways to troubleshoot.
Reason 1: You might be using Internet Explorer, POINT does not support Internet Explorer. We suggest using Google Chrome.
Reason 2: You might need to clear your cache.
Here's how to clear your cache in Chrome:

On your computer, open Chrome.

At the top right, click More.

Click More Tools. Clear browsing data.

At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All Time.

Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

Click Clear data.
Reason 3:You might need to log out of POINT and log back in.
