When registering for an event with a waiver, the process depends on the volunteer's age. Volunteers under 18 require a parent or guardian's signature, while those 18 and above can sign it themselves during registration.

If the volunteer is younger than 18, a parent or guardian must sign the waiver before the volunteer's event registration can be approved.
During the registration process, please provide the email address of the parent/guardian. An email containing the waiver, event details, and the volunteer's name will be sent to a typed email. The parent can then conveniently sign the waiver within the email.
Until the waiver is signed, it will be marked as a "pending waiver" for the event organizer.

Volunteers who are 18 years old or above have the authority to sign the waiver themselves. During the registration process, simply check the box confirming your agreement to the waiver.

Guests are divided into two categories: adults and children/minor guests.
Let's consider a situation where a volunteer signs up a child to attend an event with them.
When adding a child/minor guest to an event, the parent/guardian of additional volunteers must agree to the waiver below before volunteering. There are two options for agreeing to the waiver:
- "I am a parent or guardian and agree to the terms of this waiver."
- "Send this waiver to their parent/guardian."
If you are not the guest's parent, please choose the option to "Send this waiver to their parent/guardian."
