This article is about your organization’s account on POINT. If an organization denied your volunteer application, please contact that organization directly. **Why organization accounts are denied** An organization’s account can be denied for a few reasons, including: - The EIN (Employer Identification Number) entered is incorrect. - The EIN is listed under a different organization name. - Your account requires admin verification. **What to do next** Our Support team will email the account owner about the issue. Please check your inbox and your spam or junk folder for an email from POINT about your account verification.
