How do I view my subscription?

To view your subscription, go to your admin dashboard and select "Subscription" from the left-hand menu. If you're on the Free plan, this tab appears as "Upgrade".

At the top of the page, under Your current plan, you'll see your plan, its price, and the renewal date. Below, you can compare all plans, manage Add-Ons like Texting Credits, and find Multi-Organization Plans.

Note: The Subscription page is available to the account Owner and, on the Teams plan, to a teammate with the Billing Coordinator role.

How do I view my subscription?

POINT offers three plans: Free, which is 100% free; Pro, which includes additional features; and Teams, which adds multi-admin coordination with role-based access. For large volunteer centers and multi-organization networks, POINT also offers Network plans.
