Managing Notifications for Ongoing Events

The notification badge status (Orange/Grey) reflects the setting for the current event only. Toggling "All following events" allows you to bulk-update the rest of the series without changing the current event's notification status.

Admin can now customize how notifications are sent for your event series. When you click the Notification Bell, you will see two options:

  • "This event": Switch this ON or OFF to control the specific shift or day you are viewing right now. The color of the bell icon (Orange for On, Grey for Off) is determined solely by this setting.

  • "All following events": Switch this to apply your preference to the rest of the ongoing series automatically.

Configuration Examples:

  • Standard Active Mode:

    • This event: ON | All following events: ON

    • Result: Notifications are active for today and will continue for all future dates.



  • Skip Today Only:

    • This event: OFF | All following events: ON

    • Result: No notifications will be sent for today's event, but they remain active for the rest of the series.


  • Stop Future Notifications:

    • This event: ON | All following events: OFF

    • Result: Notifications will be sent today, but disabled for all upcoming dates in the series.
