How to Verify Your Phone Number

Confirming your phone number is a great way to stay connected. Once your number is verified, organizations you join can communicate with you via text, and you can receive event registration confirmations and reminders.

Step 1: Go to your manage account 

• Go to the "Texting Settings" page in your account.

• We've added this page to make it simple for you to manage your text message notifications.

Step 2: Enter your number

• Enter your phone number in the "Enter your phone number" field.

• Click the "Send verification code" button
  
  

Step 3: Get and enter the code

• You'll receive a text message

  Like "Your POINT verification code is 123456. Enter it to enable reminder texts.

• The message will contain a 6-digit verification code.

• Enter this code in the "Verification Code" field.
  
  

Step 4: Complete the verification

• Click "Verify your phone number."
