How to Create Program-Specific Branding
On the Teams plan, you're not limited to one look for your whole organization. You can create separate branding for individual programs, so each program's emails can have their own logo, colors, and footer, while everything else still falls back to your Organization Branding automatically.
Where to find it
- Go to Settings → Brand Settings.
- Click Create Branding in the top right.

Step 1: Select a program
Every program branding template must be linked to a program.
- Click the Program dropdown.
- Search or scroll to find the program you want to brand.
- Select it from the list.

If a program already has branding set up, you'll see a "Branding added" label next to it in the list, along with an Edit link. Selecting a program that already has branding will take you to edit the existing template instead of creating a duplicate.
Step 2: Brand identity
- Organization logo (required). This is pulled automatically from your organization profile and can't be changed here. To update it, go to your organization profile settings.
- Secondary Logo (optional). This is unique to program branding. If added, it displays next to your organization logo in the email header, letting you show both your organization's identity and the program's identity together.
- Header image (optional). Recommended size 1200x675px. It appears above the email body, below the header band. Supports PNG or JPG, up to 5 MB.

Step 3: Colors
Choose the colors that will apply to this program's emails:
- Primary brand color (required). Used for links, call-to-action buttons, and social icons.
- Header & footer background color (required). Applies to the top and bottom sections of the email.
- Email background color (required). The outer background behind the email content.

Step 4: Footer
- Show footer CTA link (toggle). When enabled, add a link label, URL, and optional text below the link.
- Additional link 1 and Additional link 2 (toggles). When enabled, both a link label and URL are required for each.
- Social icons. Add links for Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Each icon is optional, but if you enable one, a URL is required.
- Icon placement. Choose whether social icons appear in the footer only (recommended), header only, or both. This option only appears once at least one social icon is enabled.
- Organization address (required). This is a plain text field, so PO boxes are supported.
- Additional footer text (optional). Use this for a copyright line or any other text you'd like to appear at the bottom of every email.
Your Email preview updates in real time as you make changes, so you can see exactly how this program's emails will look before saving.

Saving your changes
Click Save once you've finished. If any required field is missing, POINT will highlight it so you know what to complete before saving.
What happens if a program doesn't have its own branding?
If a program doesn't have a branding template set up, its emails will automatically use your Organization Branding instead. You only need to create program-specific branding for the programs where you want a different look.
These settings work the same way as your Organization Branding.
